Western Influences International works with many small, family owned Bali businesses – owned by both local Indonesian people and foreign expatriates.  The Bali Incentive Book was developed in response to the extraordinarily high costs of advertising in Bali, which are a barrier to many of these  small businesses effectively competing in the market.  Western Influences is interested in bringing new customers to the doors of terrific businesses that might not be well known because they do not have a large marketing budget.

If you would like to buy the Bali Incentive Book for your own personal use or to give to a friend or family member as a gift, all you have to do is complete the form here https://www.baliincentivebook.com/order-now/ and hit “Submit.”  We will send you a list of resellers or organise a book to be sent to your hotel room on arrival.

By filling in the online form and paying with a credit card, tourists can request the Bali Incentive Book be delivered to their hotel or villa right before they arrive in Bali.  Just let us know when you will be arriving in Bali and what hotel you will be staying at.

Expats are also taking up this opportunity and requesting the Bali Incentive Book be delivered to their homes.

RETAILERS

Any business in Bali is eligible to sell the Bali Incentive Book.  There is hot demand from our advertisers to sell the book that they feature in.  There are up to 200 advertisers in the 2018 Bali Entertainment Book, which is an extensive distribution network on its own.  Add to that the many retailers that want to sell the Bali Incentive Book, but who are not advertising with us this year.

Complete and submit the EMAIL US form here:  https://www.baliincentivebook.com/advertising/how-to-advertise/.  We will send a Bali Incentive Book representative out to your business to discuss your marketing needs and to assist you to design your discount voucher(s) and advertising spaces.

ELECTRONIC ORDER

Email us at office@baliincentivebook.com.  We need to know:

• Which section / category of the Bali Incentive Book would like to list your business under – accommodation; bars / clubs / pubs; retail outlets; spas and salons; transport services; tourist attractions; restaurants and food outlets; take away and home delivery services; miscellaneous services; yayasan / charitable services?
• What type of advertising space would you like to showcase your business with – single voucher; multiple vouchers; full page of vouchers; section divider; premium page; front or back cover?
• What are the discount(s) / incentive(s) you would like to offer your customers on your voucher(s)?  We can help you with those if you need innovative ideas?
• Are there any special facts about your business that you would like to advertise on the back of your voucher(s)?
• How can customers contact you – address, phone number, email address, website, etc?
• Do you have any social media that you would like to promote in your advertising space – Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, etc?

We also need you to send us:

• An electronic copy of your logo(s) in .ai or .idd or .jpg or .png.

We will then:

• Send you an invoice for your advertising space, which you will need to pay promptly to ensure you are included in the Bali Incentive Book.  You can pay by cash, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
• Visit your business to take photographs and / or video to release on our Instagram and Facebook pages, introducing you to all our customers.
• Provide all of your information to our graphic designer for developing your artwork.  Or, if you have your own designer, we will email you the relevant style guide for their use.
• Send you a proof of your artwork for approval before going to print.  You will need to make any necessary amendments promptly and return the proof to us.
